Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stringra (stringra.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our utilities immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Service Purpose

Stringra provides developer-focused text processing, list manipulation, code formatting, and data cleansing utilities. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use these utilities for personal, educational, research, and commercial software engineering tasks.

You agree not to use Stringra to:

  • Launch automated denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, crawler storms, or artificial traffic generation aimed at overwhelming edge infrastructure.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary delivery bundles or bypass edge security firewalls.
  • Use our website or branding to mislead users, distribute malware, or transmit unsolicited commercial messages.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all data, text, scripts, and code snippets you process using Stringra.

Because all text transformations take place locally in your browser memory, Stringra never acquires any copyright, license, or proprietary interest in your inputs or generated outputs.

The software source code, website design, UI layout, logos, documentation, and technical articles published on Stringra are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Stringra.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Provision)

All utilities, algorithms, code snippets, and guides provided on Stringra are offered on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

While our engineering team tests algorithms rigorously across diverse Unicode edge cases, standard library specifications, and browser environments, we do not warrant that:

  • The functions will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from string operations will meet your exact requirements or be compatible with legacy system parsers.

You are solely responsible for testing and verifying the accuracy of all formatted strings, SQL statements, and data outputs before deploying them to production databases or systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stringra, its founder Aditya Deshpande, contributors, or infrastructure partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, database corruption, production downtime, lost profits, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our tools.

6. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links

Stringra displays third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) to fund hosting and tool development. We do not endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or websites advertised on our platform. Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or guide on Stringra at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the site following published revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law principles without regard to conflict of law provisions.
